Joslyn Thompson - Head Trainer

Joslyn Thompson (BA Econ) (Dip PT) (IIST) is a co-founder and director of One Personal Training. Joslyn started her career as a rowing coach in 1999 and now trains individuals for triathlons, marathons, weight-loss, strength, and general conditioning. Joslyn's focus on sports therapy and rehabilitation ensures that clients have no physical limitations in the goals that they set for themselves regardless of how traumatic their injury/condition. Joslyn continues to research into rehabilitation practices - with her knowledge and patience Joslyn has prevented several clients from having surgery, and or further medication. Joslyn's training and rehabilitation expertise has featured in several health and fitness magazines.

BJ (Bernard) Rule - Head Trainer

BJ Rule (BSc Exercise Science) is a co-founder and director of One Personal Training. With over 12 years training experience in both Australia and Europe BJ is one of the most highly qualified and experienced trainers in the industry. In this time he has worked with amateur and professional athletes, corporate clients, weekend warriors, city workers and just about anybody who has wanted to improve the way their body works. BJ takes a very personalised approach to his clients training where he utilises his experience to get results using the most appropriate method for the individual.

Jamie Inzani

Jamie Inzani (BEng) (Dip PT/SMT) has a varied sports background ranging from football, rugby, hockey to cycling. Jamie has been weight lifting for the past 7 years and wanted to share his knowledge with others and so embarked on a career in Personal Training. Using this experience Jamie works alongside a rugby team to optimize their strength, conditioning and nutrition. He also trains individuals for weight-loss, and sports specific goals ensuring clients are at the top of their game. Jamie's approach to training is to re-educate the body to function as nature intended.
